Heard Sri Abhishek Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri G.D. Bhatt, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 2. In view of the order proposed to be passed, the notice to opposite party No.4 is hereby dispensed with. 3. By means of this writ petition, the petitioners has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari thereby quashing the impugned First Information Report (in short FIR) dated 09.07.2025 bearing FIR/Case Crime No.0320 of 2025, under Sections 137 (2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station-Nanpara, District-Bahraich lodged by the Respondent No.4 against the petitioner Nos.2 and 3, as contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition. (ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties not to arrest the petitioners in aforesaid FIR, during the pendency of investigation." 4. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has stated that the petitioner Nos.2 and 3 have been arrested and no F.I.R. has been lodged against the petitioner No.1. Therefore, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous, hence, the same may be dismissed as such. 5. Considering the aforesaid fact, this writ petition is dismissed being infructuous.
