Re:- Application for Condonation of Delay 1. Heard. 2. Assailing the final order dated 13.09.2024 passed in Case No.809 of 2018 (Jeenat & others Vs. Sufiyan Khan), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., the present revision has been filed alongwith application seeking condonation of delay, duly supported by an affidavit. The operative portion of order dated 13.09.2024, passed on application u/s 125 Cr.P.C. reads as under. "वादिनी श्रीमती जीनत का ावा अन्तर्गत धारा-125 ं०प्र०सं० आंशिक रूप से स्वीकार दिकया जाता है। दिवपक्षी सूदि$यान खॉ को आेशित दिकया जाता है दिक प्रार्थनापत्र अन्तर्गत धारा 125 सीआर०पी०सी० प्रस्तुत करने की तितशिर्थ से दिनर्णय की तितशिर्थ तक वादिनी श्रीमती जीमत को र्गु०-1000/- (एक हजार रूपये) प्रतितमाह भरर्णपोषर्ण हेतु एवं वाी संख्या-2 स द्दाम को भरर्णपोषर्ण हेतु मु० मु०-1000/- (एक हजार रूपये) प्रतितमाह तर्था वाी संख्या- 3 अ3 को भरर्णपोषर्ण हेतु मु-1000/- (एक हजार रूपये) प्रतितमाह अा करें तर्था दिनर्णय की तितशिर्थ से वादिनी श्रीमती जीनत को मु०-1500/- (एक हजार पाँच सौ रूपये) प्रतितमाह भरर्णपोषर्ण हेतु एवं वाी संख्या-2 स द्दाम को भरर्णपोषर्ण हेतु मु०-1500/- (एक हजार पाँच सौ रूपये) प्रतितमाह उसके बालि;र्ग होने तक तर्था वाी संख्या-3 अ3 को भरर्णपोषर्ण हेतु मु0-1500/- (एक हजार पाँच सौ रूपये) प्रतितर्गाह उसके बालि;र्ग होने तक अा करे। एरिरयर की धनराशि का भुर्गतान दिवपक्षी दिनर्णय की तितशिर्थ से पॉच तितमाही दिकस्तों में अा करे। इसके अतितरिरक्त प्रतितमाह भरर्ण पोषर्ण की धनराशि का भुर्गतान दिनपक्षी प्रत्येक अंग्रेजी माह की 10 तारीख तक दिनयदिमत रूप से अा करे। यदि दिवपक्षी सूदि$यान खॉ द्वारा वादिनी श्रीमती जीनत को पूव में अन्तरिरम भरर्ण-पोषर्ण के रूप में कोई भी र्गुजारा भत्ता की धनराशि प्रान की र्गयी है, तो वह इस आे में समादिहत होर्गी।" 3. The amount as indicated in the operative portion of order dated 13.09.2025, under challenge, has been awarded after recording satisfaction to the effect that opposite party no.2 is the wife of present revisionist and minors are the children of the revisionist Page No.2 of 2 as under compelling circumstances the opposite party no.2 left her matrimonial home. 4. For condoning the delay in filing the revision the following main averments have been made in the present application:- "2. That the Revisionist  belongs to a very poor family, and his counsel did not provide information about the case until he received a summon from the trial court. Upon knowing about the order, he applied for a certified copy. After some time had passed, he filed this Revision. 3. That the applicant/Revisionist has a good and arguable case on merits, and the delay, if not condoned, would cause irreparable loss and injustice. 4. That the delay was neither intentional nor deliberate but was caused due to circumstances beyond the control of the applicant/Revisionist. 5. That the respondent(s) will not be prejudiced if the delay is condoned. 6. that the Revisionist is a poor person who spent some time arranging the money. Once he managed to arrange it, he approached this Honorable Court. 7. That these circumstances, the petitioner filed the Revision with some delay. We kindly request this Honorable Court to condone the delay in accordance with law." 5. From a bare perusal of the aforesaid averments made seeking condonation of delay of about one year it is evident that the same are completely bald, vague and misconceived. 6. Upon due consideration of the aforesaid, this Court finds no force in the application. Accordingly, the same is hereby rejected. Order on Revision 7. Since the application for condonation is rejected, consequently, the revision also stands dismissed.
