Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the notice dated 6.6.2023 the petitioner has vacated the shed made Digitally signed by GOPAL SINGH Date: 2025.04.17 20:49:40 +0530
2 by the Gram Panchayat Chalgali, Hat Bazar and accordingly upon service of the notice the petitioner has already vacated the said premises, however, the petitioner has not been rehabilitated, as such the petitioner has moved an application (Annexure P6) for his rehabilitation. However, till date, it has not been acted upon, as such
learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that the respondents authorities may be directed to rehabilitate the petitioner so that the petitioner may earn his livelihood.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, when the learned counsel appearing for the State was put a query, he submitted that if the petitioner will file appropriate application/representation along with necessary documents, the respondents authorities, especially respondents No.6 and 7 will consider the same and pass appropriate orders in respect of rehabilitation of the petitioner.
3. Accordingly, respondents No.6 and 7 are directed to consider the case of the petitioner and give him some place and shed so that he may earn his livelihood.
4. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is
disposed of. Sd/-
