Instant application has been filed with the prayer to direct trial court/ learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act- Baharaich to expedite the trial and conclude the same relating to Special Session Trial No.92 of 2019, arising out of Case Crime No.847 of 2015, under Sections- 323, 504 IPC and 3(1)X-SC/ST Act; State Vs. Durgesh Kumar and Another. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that matter pertains to the year 2019. He further submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court is pleased to direct the Trial Court to conclude the trial proceedings within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid. In view of the aforesaid submissions and innocuous prayer made in the application, the Trial Court is hereby directed to conclude the trial of aforementioned Special Session Trial No.92 of 2019, expeditiously in accordance with law.
