Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application under Section 483 Cr.P.C./ 529 BNSS has been filed with the following prayer:- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct to the concerned court for expeditious and proper disposal of Criminal Case No.616/2024 (State of UP Vs. Shubhendu Rohtage) arising out of Case Crime No. 03/2023 under Sections 498-A, 506 of I.P.C and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, registered at Police Station - Mahila Thana, District - Ayodhya which is pending in the Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, F.T.C. (W/O), Ayodhya, in the interest of law and justice." 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter is still pending consideration since 2024 and the applicant is suffering hard for delay in conclusion of the trial proceedings. He urges that the interest of justice would be subserved if this Hon'ble Court is pleased enough to direct the Court below to conclude the proceedings of Criminal Case No.616/2024 (State of UP Vs. Shubhendu Rohtage) arising out of Case Crime No. 03/2023 under Sections 498-A, 506 of I.P.C and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, registered at Police Station - Mahila Thana, District - Ayodhya, within a stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. 4. The counsel appearing for the State has no objection to the contention aforesaid. 5. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, the Trial Court is hereby directed to conclude the proceedings of Criminal Case No.616/2024 (State of UP Vs. Shubhendu Rohtage) arising out of Case Crime No. 03/2023 under Sections 498-A, 506 of I.P.C and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, registered at Police Station - Mahila Thana, District - Ayodhya, in expedition, if there is no legal impediment, while considering the guidelines and circulars issued time to time in this regard. 6.
