Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:25290 Court No. - 12 Case :- CRIMINAL REVISION No. - 1095 of 2024 Revisionist :- Phool Chandra Opposite Party :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Lko. And Another Counsel for Revisionist :- Anjani Kumar Dvivedi Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A.,Anita Tiwari,B/S0457,Satish Kumar Srivastava Hon'ble Alok Mathur,J.
1. Heard Sri Anjani Kumar Dvivedi, learned counsel for the revisionist as well as learned AGA on behalf of the State-respondent.
2. By means of the present criminal revision under 19(4) of the Family Court Act, 1984, the revisionist has challenged the validity of the order dated 06.07.2024 passed by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Sultanpur in Criminal Misc. Case No.522 of 2022, where in exercise of power under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C., interim maintenance has been granted in favour of the opposite party no.2 for an amount of Rs.3000/- per month from the date of filing of the said application.
3. After arguing the matter at some length, counsel for the revisionist submits that he does not want to press the present revision in light of the fact that all the grounds in assailing the order of the interim maintenance can be raised by him in an application under Section 127 of the Cr.P.C. for alteration of allowance.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the revision is dismissed as not pressed. [Alok Mathur,J.] Order Date :- 1.5.2025 KR Digitally signed by :- RABINDRA KUMAR High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
