CMP(M)s No. 1413 and 1414 of 2025 By way of these two applications filed under Order 22, Rule 3 and Section 5 of the Limitation Act, a prayer has been made to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased-petitioner as well as for condonation of delay in filing the application. In view of the averments made in the application and in light of no objection thereto, these applications are allowed and the proposed legal representatives of deceased-petitioner are brought on record as petitioner No. 1(a) in place of the petitioner. Delay in filing the application is condoned and abatement, if any, is set aside. The applications stand disposed of accordingly.
CMP-T No. 714 of 2023 Mr. Anshul Gandhi, learned Counsel has put in appearance on behalf of the newly added petitioner. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that due payment has been made but interest part yet remains to be paid. He submits that these proceedings can be closed with the direction to
the respondents to pay the interest amount within some reasonable time. In view of the prayer made, this application is disposed of with the direction that if any interest amount remains to be paid in terms of the judgment passed by this Court, then the same shall be made good by the respondents within a period of three months from today. In case, needful is not done within three months, the petitioner is reserved liberty to file an application for revival of these proceedings.
