ORDER: The instant Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short “Cr.P.C.”) has been filed by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 3, seeking quashment of the proceedings against them in F.I.R. No.47 of 2022 of VI Town Balaji Nagar Police Station, Nellore, registered for
the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
2. Mrs. Y.L. Sivakalpana Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that charge sheet has been filed in this matter and the petition may be
disposed of by giving liberty to the Petitioners to challenge the charge sheet.
3. Mrs.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State/Respondent No.1 is in attendance.
4. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed since relief has become infructuous. However, Petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
