HON'BLE SYED QAMAR HASAN RIZVI, J. 1.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vinod Kumar Yadav, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 2.In view of the order proposed to be passed, the notices to the opposite party Nos.4 to 9 are hereby dispensed with. 3.By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties/ police authorities to conduct the fair and proper investigation in Case Crime No.0174 of 2025, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B I.P.C., Police Station- Wajeerganj, District-Lucknow, in the interest of justice. (ii) to issued a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties/ police authorities to take appropriate and legal action on the First Formation Report dated 05.07.2025 lodged in Case Crime No.0174 of 2025, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B I.P.C., Police Station-Wajeerganj, District- Lucknow during the course of investigation including the arrest of the accused persons, in the interest of justice." 4.Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the present petitioner is Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Mahesh Kumar Sharma Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Trilochan Kaur .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Secy. Home Deptt. Lko. And Others .....Respondent(s) an old lady of 90 years and in the garb of investigation, wherein she is a complainant, she is being pressurized to withdraw the case. 5.Learned Additional Government Advocate has produced a copy of instructions letter dated 14.08.2025 provided by Sri Arvind Kumar Pandey, Sub-Inspector, Police Station-Wajeerganj, Lucknow. The same is taken on record. 6.As per the aforesaid instructions, the issue in question is of the year 2009 wherein some revenue proceedings were conducted. The allegations are serious and after lodging the F.I.R. on 05.07.2025, the investigation is being conducted thoroughly wherein 8 Parchas have been prepared. The Investigating Officer has indicated that in the F.I.R. the investigation is going on properly. 7. Since the Investigating Officer has himself stated that the allegations are serious, so it is expected that the Investigating Officer shall conduct and conclude the investigation, strictly in accordance with law by following due procedure so prescribed e.g. collecting the credible and reliable evidences, recording the statement of the concerning persons etc. 8.
