He further subm its that petitioner has made a representation to the Executive Engineer concerned on 2.12.2024, but no decision is being taken thereupon. (3) Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection if competent authority is directed to take decision in the matter. (4) Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the Executive Engineer concerned to consider and decide the representation subm itted by the petitioner, as per law, within eight weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
