Sri Nagaraju Naguru, learned counsel for the respondents, while reiterating the contents of the reply affidavits filed by the respondent Nos.3 and 4, submitted that this Court, vide order dated 08.11.2023, direct to consider and dispose of the petitioner’s F IN THE HIGH COURT OF ANDHRA PRADESH [3332] THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAVI CHEEMALAPATI ...PETITIONER ...CONTEMNOR(S) is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of for willful disobedience of the order 29149 of 2023. respondents, while reiterating the contents of the reply affidavits filed by the respondent Nos.3 directed the to consider and dispose of the petitioner’s F-line 2 application dated 22.05.2023 within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order and communicate the same to the petitioner. The said order was received by respondent No.3-Tahsildar on 05.01.2024. Pursuant to the said order, respondent No.3 has conducted survey and disposed of the F-line application of the petitioner and the same was communicated to him in the form of office endorsement vide Rc.B/88/2024, dated 20.04.2024 by way of registered Post No.EN4975038012 dated 07.05.2024. The delay caused in implementing the orders of this Court is due to administrative grounds only and there was no wanton act by the respondents. Hence, prayed to close the Contempt Case. 3. To the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said endorsement was issued pursuant to the filing of the Contempt Case, however, sought liberty to question the same before appropriate authority. 4. Perusal of the record would indicate that respondent authorities have passed orders on the petitioner’s F-line application and issued endorsement to the said effect and the petitioner has intention to question the same. 5. In view of the above and taking the submissions of both the learned counsel into consideration, as there is no willful disobedience on the part of the respondent authorities and as the petitioner intends to question the endorsement, dated 20.04.2024, this Court is inclined to close the Contempt Case. 3 6. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to question the endorsement vide Rc.No.B/88/2024, dated 20.04.2024 before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
