Petition has been filed challenging advertisement dated 20.06.2025 issued for the purposes of recruitment on the post of Deputy Marshal in the Secretariat. Further prayer has been made for a direction to opposite parties to promote the Security Assistant or Senior Security Assistant or Assistant Marshal to Deputy Marshal when the post fall vacant ignoring the impugned advertisement. 3. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for petitioner on the basis of instructions does not seek to press this petition, which is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.
