The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking a direction to the authority concerned to post the petitioner, in pursuance of his promotion order, either at Lucknow or in any nearby district, in view of his mother's ill health. 3. Since consideration of the petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party No. 2, Director, Uttar Pradesh State Backward Welfare Department, Lucknow, or any other competent authority, who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the petitioner's representations along with a certified copy of this order. 4.
