The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner’s bank account is frozen on account of the investigation conducted by the Maharashtra Police. It is submitted that the Maharashtra Police had corresponded with the 2nd respondent and got issued the communication for freezing of the bank account of the petitioner. 2 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that a complaint was registered by the Cyber Police of State of Maharashtra and that correspondence was made by the Maharashtra Police for freezing the bank account on the Cyber/Police complaint registered with respondents 3 and 4. 4. Considering the above submissions, this Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open for the petitioner to take steps before the appropriate Court. No costs. 5.
