By means of instant revision, the revisionist has assailed the order dated 19.05.2025 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gonda in Criminal Case No.24489 of 2021 (State Vs. Rajesh & others). 3. After considering the fact that discharge application preferred by Munna Prasad s/o Mata Prasad Tiwari and Sandeep Kumar s/o Munna Prasad Tiwari, r/o Village - Barhima, P.S.- Khargupur, District- Gonda, has been rejected by the impugned order dated 19.05.2025 and the present revision has been filed by accused- Rajesh Kumar s/o Thakur Prasad Tiwari, husband of opposite party no.2, namely, Smt. Lalita d/o Shivkumar Dubey, on being confronted, learned counsel for the revisionist prays for withdrawal of the present revision. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the said prayer. 5. In view of the aforesaid, the present revision is dismissed as withdrawn.
