Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader, for the respondents 1 to 5.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in not taking action against the 6th respondent upon the complaint made by the petitioner dated
03.02.2025.
3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the petitioner and the 6th respondent belong to the same family

and the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the 6th respondent and there are some family disputes between them. It is submitted that the police are trying to conduct preliminary investigation under Section 173(3) of BNSS and has been calling the petitioner and the 6th respondent to the police station. But they are not attending the police station as and when called. It is submitted that the 5th respondent shall follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 173(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
4. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
5. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
