The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for following reliefs:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/directing the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Budaun to make a free and fair inquiry and take the legal and departmental action against the respondent no.4-Tehsildar, Tehsil -Bisauli, District:-Budaun regarding the allegation of forged and deceitful act made in the Complaint dated 19.10.2024, within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction be issued to the respondent no.2 to decide the complaint dated 19.10.2024 within a stipulated period. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the respondent no.2 will decide the aforesaid complaint in a time bound manner. In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the aforesaid complaint as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
