OMP(M) No. 504 of 2025 The present application has been filed for condonation of delay in filing the present appeal. It has been averred in the application that after the passing of the arbitral award, the present appellant challenged the same before the Learned District Judge, Mandi, District Mandi, H.P. and thereafter the appellant acquired knowledge of the passing of the impugned judgment dated 07.03.2025. Subsequently, steps were taken for obtaining the certified copy of the impugned judgment. The applicant has further submitted that the delay in filing the present appeal is neither intentional nor deliberate, but has occurred on account of bona fide reasons as stated in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit. Learned counsel for the non-applicant has no objection if the application for condonation of delay is allowed. Accordingly, the present application is allowed and the delay of 245 days in filing the present appeal is condoned. The application stands disposed of. Arb.
