The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents admit Trishika Rawat (3.5 Years), daughter of the petitioner, in Janta Vidyalaya, Kursi Road, Gudamba, Lucknow under the State Government funded scheme under the Right to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 with immediate effect. (ii) Direct the respondents to provide school uniform, notebooks, books and other stationery to Trishika Rawat, daughter of the petitioner, under the State Government funded scheme under the above Act at the expense of the respondents (Basic Education Department) with immediate effect before the very first day of admission." 3. Learned counsel for the B.S.A., based upon instructions, states that the daughter of the petitioner shall be admitted in the Janta Vidyalaya, Gudamba, Lucknow. The said communication is taken on record. 4. The petitioner is directed to approach the Janta Vidyalaya, Gudamba, Lucknow on any date from 8:00 am. to 2:00 pm. and the Principal of the School shall ensure that the ward of the petitioner is admitted and all the benefits shall flow in favour of the students are extended to the daughter of the petitioner also. 5.
