Heard Sri Vinit Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Arun Kumar Pandey, learned Additional Government Advocate and perused the record. 2. In view of the proposed order being passed, notice to respondents No. 4 is hereby dispensed with. 3. By means of the present writ petition, the petitioners has assailed the impugned FIR registered as Case Crime No. 0495/2015, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 506, 511, 323 IPC and Section 3(1)10 of SC/ST Act, Police Station Sarojini Nagar, District Lucknow. 4. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners has requested that he may be permitted to not press this writ petition at this stage and liberty may be given to file an anticipatory bail application before the competent Court i.e. Court of Sessions and direction may be issued to decide the same with expedition. 5. In view of the above, without entering into the merits of the case, we hereby dispose of this writ petition finally at admission stage giving liberty to the petitioners to file anticipatory bail application before the learned Sessions Court within a period of two weeks taking all pleas and grounds, which are available to them and if such anticipatory bail application is filed within the aforesaid stipulated time, the same shall be heard and disposed of finally with expedition without giving any unnecessary adjournment to Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Vinit Kumar Pandey, Sarvesh Kumar Pandey Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A.
