GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, for the respondents 1 to 5. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is pressurized by the 1st respondent to settle with the 6th respondent and that he is being repeatedly called to the police station. It is submitted that the petitioner is facing allegations in Crime No.224 of 2024, for alleged offence under Section 498-A and thereafter the police have filed charge sheet and the same is pending on the file of IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 2 Vijayawada as C.C.No.2029 of 2024. Pending adjudication of the case against the petitioner, the 1st respondent is pressurizing the petitioner to settle with the 6th respondent. 3. Considering the above submissions, the 1st respondent is directed not to interfere with the marital disputes between the 1st petitioner and the 6th respondent, without following due process of law. 4. With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission. No costs. 5.
