The instant application under section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tiloi, District Amethi to decide application dated 25.06.2011 of Case No.T201904710800171 U/s 145/146 CrPC, Police Station Mohanganj, District Amethi, relating to village Pure Ramau Pandey, Majare Koore, within the stipulated period of time. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the aforesaid application was filed by the applicant in the year 2011 and even after passing of about 14 years the same is pending and no order has been passed till date. He submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time, as may be fixed by this court. 4. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the trial court is directed to consider and decide the application dated 25.06.2011 of Case No.T201904710800171 U/s 145/146 CrPC, Police Station Mohanganj, District Amethi, relating to village Pure Ramau Pandey, Majare Koore, with expedition, in accordance with law, considering the instructions and guidelines issued by this court time to time. 5. With the aforesaid observation, the instant application stands disposed of.
