The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for a Mandamus to direct the respondents, particularly, the second respondent to issue a Legal Heir Certificate of his paternal elder brother Raman to the petitioner by considering the representation, dated 14.08.2025. 3. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents submits that an enquiry is being conducted by the Revenue Inspector with reference to the issuance of the Legal Heir Certificate pursuant to the death of the petitioner's paternal uncle's deceased son Raman, who died interstate unmarried on 25.03.2019. Since an enquiry has already commenced pursuant to the petitioner, dated 14.08.2025, the address is already being addressed. 4.
