Learned State Counsel by referring to para 16 of counter affidavit filed by Mr. Kailash Chandra Binjola, Deputy Excise Officer, Dehradun submits that writ petition has become infructuous, as sub shops, allotment whereof was challenged by petitioner, were cancelled by District Excise Officer, Dehradun vide order dated 04.05.2024 in view of agitation by local people. 4. Mr. Amar Murti Shukla, learned counsel appearing for petitioner concedes that reliefs as claimed do not survive after cancellation of sub shops. 5. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
