This writ petition has been filed seeking following main relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order dated 06.08.2025 passed by the opposite party No.2 vide its letter no. 1339/Mining/2025 passed in pursuance to the inspection memo dated 31.07.2025 prepared by the opposite party no.3 imposing the penalty of Rs.5,00,000/- upon the petitioner, contained as Annexure No1 to this writ petition." Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of this writ petition. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
