In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be allowed to withdraw the same. 3. In view of the submissions made, this instant petition stands closed. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she will be filing appropriate application before the concerned Court and as such, this Court directs that the interim order passed earlier shall continue for another 10(ten) days within which the learned counsel for the petitioner may seek remedy.
