Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for appointment of petitioner on compassionate ground in view of the U.P. Recruitment of Dependants of Government Servants Dying-in- Harness Rules, 1974 as amended in 2021. 3. It has been submitted that petitioner’s father Late Jokhe was a regularised employee who died on 08.08.2023 whereafter petitioner has submitted an application dated 08.07.2025 for compassionate appointment which is still pending consideration 4. In view of submissions advanced, the opposite party no.2. i.e. Deputy Director, Dudhwa Tiger Reserve is directed to take final decision on petitioner's application dated 08.07.2025 expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 5. The petitioner shall annex a copy of the application dated 08.07.2025 alongwith certified copy of this order. 6. The petition stands disposed of.
