Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for payment of full salary alongwith benefits for the suspension period of 27.05.2023 till 21.06.2024. 3. However, learned State Counsel has been provided written instructions dated 12.08.2025, a copy of which is taken on record and as per which petitioner's representation for the said grievance has already been rejected by means of order dated 12.06.2025 which has not been challenged. 4. In view thereof, learned counsel for petitioner prays for liberty to challenge the same. 5. Considering such submissions, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh. 6. Since a copy of the said order has been provided to learned counsel for petitioner.
