Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite party Nos. 1 and 2. 2. The petition has been filed seeking a direction to the concerned authority for opening the recommendation of the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC), which has been kept in a sealed cover, with respect to the petitioner for promotion to the post of Senior Assistant, in view of the criminal proceedings pending against her. 3. It has been submitted that the petitioner is fully covered by the Government Order dated 28.05.1997, but the same is not being adhered to by the opposite parties. 4. With regard to the aforesaid grievance, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party No. 2, Director, Treasury Directorate, Jawahar Bhawan, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, who shall consider and decide the same in light of the Government Order dated 28.05.1997, expeditiously, within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 5.
