SL. No. Date Office Notes, reports, orders or proceedings or directions and Registrar’s order with Signatures COURT’S OR JUDGE’S ORDERS WPMS No.3532 of 2025 Hon’ble Pankaj Purohit, J. Mr. Sanjeev Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner through V.C. 2. Mr. Jaywardhan Kandpal, learned S.C. for the State. 3. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus to direct respondent nos.1 to 3 to take a decision on the detailed representation of petitioner dated 06.11.2025 (Annexure No.2) regarding illegal acts of respondent no.4 including the recovery of public money within a specified period and to enquire regarding the allegations made in the representation. 4. This petition has been filed by the petitioner claiming himself to be a social worker. From a perusal of the record, it also transpires that Writ Petition (PIL) No.107 of 2025 was also filed by the petitioner earlier seeking a writ of quo warranto against the respondent no.4 which was dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 27.06.2025. Failing in that attempt, present writ petition has been filed by petitioner against respondent no.4- Ghanshyam Das Gupta, who has retired a decade ago, leveling various allegations in the representation. 5. The writ petition is nothing but a tirade against a person who has held the post of Principal of an aided intermediate college namely National Girls Higher Secondary School, years after of his retirement. 6. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to exercise its extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petition is dismissed accordingly.
