[2] It is submitted that the matter has been settled in mediation vide order dated 18-12-2025 and it is submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the settlement made in the mediation. Jonathan …Petitioners - Vrs – The State of Manipur & 4 Ors. …Respondent TERMS OF SETTLEMENT 18-12-2025 As per the Notification dated the 20th November, 2025 issued by the Secretary, High Court Legal Service Committee, High Court of Manipur, WP(C) No. 793 of 2025 I am to state that the above mentioned writ petition being WP(C) No. 793 of 2025 (S. Jonathan – Vrs – The State of Manipur & 4 Ors) was put up before me for conducting mediation. The case was under mediation process and the same was put up for mediation on 27-11-2025, 10-12-2025 and 15-12- 2025. During the course of mediation, the parties have come to an amicable settlement under the following terms and conditions. 1. That the petitioner has got the relief sought for in the present writ petition being WP(C) No. 793 of 2025 and is willing to withdraw the said writ petition. 2. The respondents have no objection in closing the said WP(C) No. 583 of 2025 as withdrawn. After knowing the content of these terms and conditions, the parties have put their signature.
