Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 21.07.2025 whereby petitioner has been transferred from District Unnao to Jalaun. 3. It has been submitted that impugned order has been passed without considering provisions of paragraph-5 of the Government Order dated 06.05.2025 providing for couple posting particularly since petitioner's husband is in government employment in District Kanpur Dehat. 4. Learned State Counsel has been provided written instructions dated 12.08.2025, a copy of which are taken on record but do not advert to the aforesaid aspect. 5. In view thereof, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before the opposite party No.2 i.e. Commissioner, Food and Civil Supply, U.P. Lucknow or any other competent authority to take a final decision with regard to petitioner's representation for couple posting. Decision with regard to same shall be taken within a period of ten days from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon the concerned authority with a fresh representation. In case representation is given within a period of four days from today, the same shall be decided within a period of ten days thereafter. Till a final decision on petitioner's representation, she shall not be compelled to join at the transferred place in pursuance of impugned order. 6.
