Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned not to deduct any amount from pension of petitioner and for deciding representation for removal of errors in calculation of pension. 3. Learned counsel for opposite parties have raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of this petition in view of fact that petitioner has not challenged order dated 29.01.2020 whereby deduction is said to have been made. It is also submitted that petitioner has an alternative and equally efficacious remedy of filing a petition before the Central Administrative Tribunal which has not been availed of. 4. Considering facts and circumstances and submissions, petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to petitioner to raise his grievance in the appropriate forum with proper prayer.
