Khandakar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in compliance with the Court’s directions, the respondent, Director of Elementary Education has passed an Order dated 16.10.2025 provincializing the service of Page No.# 2/2 the petitioner, w.e.f., 16.10.2025. He submits that the direction of the Court was for provincialisation of service of the petitioner on 09.05.2022. In support of his submission, the learned counsel has produced the Order dated 16.10.2025 which shall be kept on record and marked as “X” for identification. In view of above, the Order of the Court having been complied with, the contempt petition stands closed. However, it would open for the petitioner to agitate with regard to the effective date of provincialisation by taking recourse to the appropriate process, as may be permissible in law. Mr. N. J.
