Petitioners were engaged on contract as Office Assistant (N.S.) in All Indian Institute of Medical Sciences, Rishikesh in 2015. In this writ petition, they have challenged the advertisement dated 11.07.2025, whereby applications were invited for appointment on the post of Junior Administrative Officer formerly known as ‘Office Assistant (N.S.)’. 4. Mr. Lalit Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the AIIMS, Rishikesh on instructions submits that the advertisement dated 11.07.2025, impugned in this writ petition, was withdrawn vide corrigendum no. 28/ 2025, issued on 23.08.2025. Copy of the corrigendum is produced in Court, which is taken on record. 5. In view of the statement made by Mr. Lalit Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the AIIMS, Rishikesh, the relief as claimed in the writ petition do not survive. 6.
