A preliminary objection has been raised by learned learned Standing Counsel stating that the petitioner is the power of attorney holder and litigation is pending at the behest of Priti Chandna. 3. It is stated that the petitioner cannot substitute himself in place of Preeti Chandna only on the basis of power of attorney holder. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition. 5. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid request. 6.
