Heard Sri Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G. D. Bhatt, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents. 2. In view of the proposed order being passed, notice to the respondent No. 4 is hereby dispensed with. 3. This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:- "(i) ISSUE a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 28.5.2025 registered at case crime no. 0074/2025 under section 137 (2) B.N.S., Police Bandhua Kala, District Sultanpur, as contained in Station Annexure no. 1. ii) ISSUE a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party no. 3 not to arrest the petitioner in connection with First Information Report dated 28.5..2025 registered at case crime no. 0074/2025 under section 137 (2) B.N.S., Police Station - Bandhua Kala, District Sultanpur, as contained in Annexure no. 1, during the pendency of this writ petition." 4. Sri G.D. Bhatt, learned A.G.A. on the basis of instruction, has informed that during the course of the investigation, the complicity of the present petitioner has not been found, therefore, his name has been deleted and against other accused person charge sheet has been filed. 5. In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition, therefore, this writ petition is consigned to record.
