Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri G.D. Bhatt, learned AGA for the State- opposite parties no.1 to 3 and Sri Rishi Raj Mishra alongwith Sri Sachin Kumar Mishra, who has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of complainant/ opposite party no.4. Said Vakalatnama is taken on record. 2. By means of this petition, the petitioners have assailed the impugned FIR bearing FIR/Case Crime No.115 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 351(3), 109 & 110 of B.N.S. 2023, Police Station- Fatanpur, District- Pratapgarh. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners has stated that he does not want to press the prayers made in the instant writ petition and has requested that this petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file anticipatory bail application before the competent court of law. 4.
