HON'BLE SYED QAMAR HASAN RIZVI, J. 1.Heard Sri Vivek Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Arun Kumar Pandey, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 2. By means of this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i) to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari thereby to quash the impugned First Information Report (in short F.I.R.) dated 24.07.2025 lodged by the opposite party No.4 against the petitioners vide Case Crime No.625 of 2025, under Section 89, 352 & 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station-Kotwali, District-Unnao, contained as Annexure No.1 to this writ petition, in the interest of justice. (ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties and directing the opposite party Nos.2 & 3 not to arrest or adopt any coercive measures against the petitioners on the basis of the impugned First Information Report dated 24.07.2025 lodged by the opposite party No.4 against the petitioners vide Case Crime No.625 of 2025, under Section 89, 352 & 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station-Kotwali, District-Unnao, in the interest of justice." 3.At the very outset, learned Additional Government Advocate has produced the instructions letter dated 13.08.2025 provided by Sri Brijesh Kumar Yadav, Senior Sub-Inspector, Police Station-Kotwali Sadar, District-Unnao Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Vivek Kumar Verma, Brahmendra Pratap Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Km. Ruby Kannojiya (Ruby In Fir ) And 3 Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy. Home Deptt. Lko. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) addressing to the Government Advocate, High Court, Lucknow. The same is taken on record. 4.Learned Additional Government Advocate, on the basis of instructions, has stated that the investigation has been concluded and final report has been submitted in the present case. 5.In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition, therefore, this writ petition is consigned to record.
