ORDER This Criminal Revision Case is filed, seeking to modify the condition no.4(i) imposed in Crl.M.P.No.549 of 2025 dated 01.08.2025, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.R.C.(MD)No.1147 of 2025 while allowing the Petition for return of property, the learned Trial Court had imposed a condition of executing a bond for sum of Rs.7,00,000/- along with two sureties each for a likesum of the same. He further submitted that the petitioner is in great hardship and the learned Trial Court has imposed a strigent condition of executing the bond for Rs. 7,00,000/- and the same may be reduced. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.) appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by the learned Trial Court is reasonable and prayed for dismissal of the Criminal Revision. 4.In view of the above, this Court hereby modify the condition no.4(i) to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) along with two sureties each for a likesum of the same. The other conditions imposed by the learned Trial Court shall remain unaltered. 5.Hence, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.
