Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the necessary pleadings in support of his case are not completely set out in the petition, and in that view he prays leave to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action with appropriate pleadings.

Petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action subject to the condition that the petition shall be filed within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the liberty granted shall stand revoked.
