Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.This Writ Petition is filed, seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action pursuant to the notice issued by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.187/2025/A1, dated 08.04.2025 in respect of illegal construction put up by the respondents 4 to 14. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that already notice has been issued to the respondents 4 to 14 in respect of illegal construction put up by them and the authorities competent are waiting for reply from the concerned building owners.
