M S R CHANDRA MURTHY The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “.... to issue a Writ or direction more particularly one in nature of Mandamus by declaring the action things and deeds of Respondents in confirming the removal orders of Petitioner from the post of Field Assistant by Proceedings in H.R.No.15/EGS/DWAMA/2015 dated 25.08.2018 issued by 3rd Respondent which is illegal, irregular, contra to the disciplinary rules issued by the Director, EGS Rural Development, Hyderabad and in valuation of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently, direct the Respondents to reinstate the Petitioner in the post of Field Assistant K.A.Mallavaram Village, Kota Nanduru Mandal, East Godavari.” 2. Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Special Standing Counsel for MGNREGS appearing for respondents would submit that during pendency of this Writ Petition, by virtue of the Order dated 09.06.2023 issued by the respondent 2 authorities, Petitioner was appointed as Field Assistant. A copy of the said letter is placed on record. Hence, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. 3.
