The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ, order, direction in the nature of mandamus for commanding to the Respondent No. 3 to decide the application for registration of the List of Executive-Committee of year 2025-2026 of the Petitioner Society (Shree Janki Ji Lavkush Tatha Panch Pokhardev Virajman Mandir Samiti, Address- Janki Kund, Pariyar, Unnao 241504) submitted on 27.06.2025 within stipulated time, in the interest of justice, the application for registration of the List of Executive-Committee of year 2025-2026 of the Petitioner Society is being annexed herewith as Annexure no.04 of this writ petition." 3. Considering the fact that the decision is to be taken by the respondent no3, the present petition is disposed off with direction to respondent no.3 to take a decision on the request of the petitioner for registration of the list of Executive Committee in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
