Upon hearing the submission advance by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the record, this Court is satisfied that impleadment of the above name of two officers as respondent nos. 8 & 9 in the connected Contempt case is necessary. Accordingly, the present application is allowed. The learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners is directed to incorporate the name of the said officers in the cause title of the connected Contempt case during the course of the day without fail.
