Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to authority concerned for attachment from Kanpur Nagar to District Jhansi on ground of serious ailment being suffered by petitioner and treatment which is on going in District Jhansi. It has also been submitted that petitioner is die to superannuate in December, 2026 and his case may be considered in pursuance of Circular dated 22.06.2017. 3. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Additional Director General of Police (Establishment), U.P., Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided by authority concerned expeditiously by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three weeks from receipt of representation of petitioner along with a certified copy of this order. 4. With aforesaid direction, the petition stands finally disposed of.
