The present anticipatory bail application u/s 482 BNSS has been filed by the applicant Ranjeet with the prayers to allow this application and grant anticipatory bail to the applicant in Criminal Case No. 59/977 of 2024 arising out of Case Crime No. 24 of 2024, under Section 12 Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, P.S. Civil Lines, District Meerut. 4. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that charge sheet in the matter has been submitted on 24.07.2024 as such the present anticipatory bail application u/s 482 BNSS be dismissed as withdrawn as he intends to file better petition with all the documents regarding subsequent developments. 5.
