Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to consider petitioner's application for compassionate appointment in view of the fact that his father Late Birju passed away on 12.05.2024 whereafter petitioner has given an application dated 12.07.2025 which is still pending consideration. 4. In view of aforesaid submissions, the opposite party no.3 i.e. Superintendent of Police, Lucknow is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 12.07.2025 expeditiously within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order after affording opportunity of hearing to all the heirs of Late Birju. 5. Petitioner shall annex a copy of application dated 12.07.2025 alongwith certified copy of this order.
