The present writ petition has been preferred with the following prayer:- "Wherefore, it is respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the court below Civil Judge (J.D.), Musafir Khana, District Amethi to decide civil suit no. 28 of 2017 (Hari Lal vs. Rakesh Kumar & Ors.) with time framed by this Hon'ble Court and further be pleased to direct that temporary injunction application pending in above mentioned suit be decided within thirty days."
