The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari thereby quashing the impugned order dated 30.06.2025 passed by Commissioner (Food), Devi Patan Division, Gonda opposite party No. 2; II. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party No. 2/Commissioner (Food), Devi Patan Division, Gonda to decide the recall application of the petitioner dated 07.07.2025." 3. Considering the fact that an appeal is pending, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the appellate authority to decide the pending appeal in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 4. The recall application of the petitioner shall also be decided expeditiously within the aforesaid period.
